In 1994 I was young, and I knew that there was a higher power, but I didn’t have any direction. I got into a new age, witchcraft, and I didn’t know that I was doing anything wrong. I married a man that said he practiced white magic. I knew black magic was bad, I had no idea. This man physically abused me. One day I thought either I’m gonna die or he’s gonna die. This is not going to end up well!
I prayed and I cried out to God. I knew this wasn’t what God created me for. Truly I did not know what my purpose was in life. I had been searching. I knew what I wanted to do but I didn’t know what God wanted me to do. I started getting into depression because I felt like I couldn’t get out of this relationship. This man might kill me. What do I do?
God has the plan. When you pray, God will reveal the plan. God showed me how to get out of this relationship alive.
When you pray, God gives you the power to do the plan because we are weak in our own strength but when we pray we are working in God's strength.
I know that many people on my page are already praying. We are entering into a season of a storm. I’m challenging you.
If you are praying one 1 hour a day, then pray 2 hours a day. If you are praying 2 hours a day challenge you to pray 3 hours a day. If you are praying 3 hours a day then ….. Watch and see! I’m not telling you anything that God isn’t telling me to do!
In this season we are going to have to do more to do the things that we’re already doing and get an increase to do the things that God wants us to do. In this generation we want everything but we have to put in the work. They say work smarter not harder. One way to work smarter is to go to God in prayer. God will reveal to you. He will lead you on what to do next: what to do with your business, what to do with your family, what to do on your job, what to do with your children. If you don’t know what to do, you need to go to your Father, Heavenly Father , and ask him. You have not because you ask not. Knock, and the door will open. When you surrender and pray, your whole world will change for the better!
